NurtureDerm is Michelle Starr's practice inside Starr Studio. Michelle is an NMC registered nurse, and she takes a holistic route to skin — working out what your skin actually needs before anything is booked, rather than selling you a treatment off a list.
Everything here starts with a consultation and a suitability assessment. Some people leave with a treatment plan; plenty leave with a skincare routine and nothing else, because that was the honest answer.

Michelle is a nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, the UK regulator for nursing. Every treatment starts with a face-to-face consultation and a suitability assessment.
Michelle has been a trained nurse for over 15 years.

Consultation first
Nothing is booked as a treatment on day one. You'll talk through your skin history, your goals and anything that might rule a treatment out, and leave with a plan rather than a purchase.
Holistic, not piecemeal
Skin responds to sleep, stress, sun and what you put on it at home as much as to anything done in clinic. Michelle builds a routine around the whole picture instead of treating one line in isolation.
Clinical standards
Nurse-led, with the record-keeping, aftercare and follow-up you'd expect from a clinical setting — not a beauty add-on.

Hydrating treatments that work into the skin rather than sitting on top of it, aimed at quality, texture and glow rather than volume.

Anti-wrinkle treatments
Relaxing treatments for expression lines, provided by a registered nurse. These are prescription-only medicines, so they cannot be advertised, priced or promoted publicly, and they are never sold from a menu. They follow a consultation and a suitability assessment, and are only ever provided where clinically appropriate.
Suitability — Assessed in person by a prescriber. Not suitable for everyone, and not available on request without consultation.
